EPW - Dunhill, Swiss, silver lighter with watch, 37mm x 46mm, sterling silver OF original cigarette lighter case with beautiful engine turning detail, silvered dial, SW-SS, lever escapement, 15J, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#218 within case. A beautiful example of this scarce item, with case having crisp engine turning detail and a superb acquired patina. Comes with a box marked to a Peoria, Illinois retailer as pictured.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, good lighter function though currently without fluid, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, toning of plate surfaces, few micro-fine scratches; nearly flawless dial, superb in visible portion and with few slight contact marks outside visible portion; nearly mint hands; case shows virtually no wear, a very attractive patina with some darker areas, few pinpoint nicks, no dents or dings, crisp engine turning detail; crown shows hardly any wear; good glass crystal.
